Legal Advice Clinic with The Legal Aid Society & Information Session (LIVE)

Advance care planning involves discussing and preparing for future decisions about your medical care if you become seriously ill or unable to communicate your wishes.  Advance care planning can help ensure you get the care you want and that someone you trust will be there to make decisions for you.  Community members who need assistance with advance care and estate planning are invited to join Legal Aid to learn more. All are welcome for the Information session on October 3rd.  Appointments are required and scheduled at the October 3rd workshop for Legal Advice Clinic on October 23rd.
