We all understand that stress is a part of life, especially in the fast-paced and often uncertain world that we live in. Both positive and negative stress constantly influences our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative. Participants will gain personal skills and understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.
