We all understand that stress is a part of life, especially in the fast–paced and often uncertain world we live in. What most people don’t adequately understand is how both positive and negative stress constantly influences us. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and minimize the negative. Participants will gain a toolbox of personal skills and understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.
