Traci Mitchell is the Executive Director of the PNC Fairfax Connection. An experienced professional, with more than 37 years in the banking industry. Prior to joining PNC Fairfax Connection, she served as vice president, senior Sales & Client Experience Specialist in Retail Distribution, expertly leading organizational change management initiatives that drove sustainable, transformative change. Traci spent a major portion of her career dedicated to the advancement of youth through her work on various local non-profits, serving on youth ministries at her church, Affinity Missionary Baptist Church, and she’s currently serving her second term as a board member for her local school district. Traci is passionate about providing the tools and resources needed to assist others in meeting their life aspirations.
Amanda Talton is the the assistant to the Executive Director. After graduating from Mount Vernon Academy, Amanda received an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Cuyahoga Community College. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience and is passionate about traveling and helping people. Amanda also has a background in sports as an athlete and coach. She is committed to helping people become the best version of themselves. One day she hopes to combine her love for traveling with helping others.
Felicia Davis is the Program Manager at the PNC Fairfax Connection, overseeing programming and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining The Connection, she was the Program Manager responsible for PNC Staff Services Development Programs. There, she launched the preferred vendor program in Training & Development (T&D) in addition to project managing an award-winning corporate community partnership program that provides technology training for high school students. Felicia continues to catapult organizations forward through relationship building and her passion for developing others.
Ben Louis is the Program Manager at the PNC Fairfax Connection who is responsible for all programming for youth from ages Pre-K to high school seniors. Before joining the Connection, Ben was a special education teacher for nearly a decade, teaching in schools in Cleveland, Chicago, and South Korea. He has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Walsh University and a Master's degree in Special Education from Dominican University. As a resident of Cleveland himself, Ben is passionate about ensuring all students in our great city have access to excellent educational opportunities and empowering our children with mindsets and skills to achieve their dreams.
Fred was born and raised In Louisville, Kentucky. A graduate of Baldwin–Wallace College, he has been with the PNC Fairfax Connection since its inception in 2012. A retired Cuyahoga County Court employee, Fred has over 30 years of professional office experience. He is also a proud high school and middle school sports coach with over 20 years of coaching experience. Fred is his happiest when he’s around his family and serving the community in some capacity.
Jayla originated in Detroit, Michigan but has called Cleveland home since 2013. A graduate of John Hay high school, she continued her education at Cuyahoga Community College, earning her certification in welding. Jayla has held positions within nonprofit organizations and community serving roles before joining the PNC Fairfax Connection team. Jayla enjoys great literature and great conversations with great people.
