Daniel Roberson is the Executive Director of the PNC Fairfax Connection overseeing all programming, operations, and partner relationships. With over 14 years of banking and community development expertise, he advocates strongly to promote both personal and community financial empowerment. In his previous role as the VP, PNC Community Development Officer for Northern Ohio, Daniel focused in supporting workforce development, affordable housing, financial education, and a drive for revitalization for low-to-moderate-income (LMI) communities throughout all of Northern Ohio. Personally, Daniel connects with many nonprofits working to advocate change on the ground level and serves on multiple boards, including on the trustee board at his church, and as a youth ministry leader. He is looking forward about bringing financial empowerment education and solutions to the PNC Fairfax Connection community, and is passionate about offering the supportive resources needed to help anyone thrive and strive towards their personal goals.
Amanda Talton is the the assistant to the Executive Director. After graduating from Mount Vernon Academy, Amanda received an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Cuyahoga Community College. She has more than 15 years of customer service experience and is passionate about traveling and helping people. Amanda also has a background in sports as an athlete and coach. She is committed to helping people become the best version of themselves. One day she hopes to combine her love for traveling with helping others.
Ben Louis is the Program Manager at the PNC Fairfax Connection who is responsible for all programming for youth from ages Pre-K to high school seniors. Before joining the Connection, Ben was a special education teacher for nearly a decade, teaching in schools in Cleveland, Chicago, and South Korea. He has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Walsh University and a Master's degree in Special Education from Dominican University. As a resident of Cleveland himself, Ben is passionate about ensuring all students in our great city have access to excellent educational opportunities and empowering our children with mindsets and skills to achieve their dreams.
Fred was born and raised In Louisville, Kentucky. A graduate of Baldwin–Wallace College, he has been with the PNC Fairfax Connection since its inception in 2012. A retired Cuyahoga County Court employee, Fred has over 30 years of professional office experience. He is also a proud high school and middle school sports coach with over 20 years of coaching experience. Fred is his happiest when he’s around his family and serving the community in some capacity.
Jayla originated in Detroit, Michigan but has called Cleveland home since 2013. A graduate of John Hay high school, she continued her education at Cuyahoga Community College, earning her certification in welding. Jayla has held positions within nonprofit organizations and community serving roles before joining the PNC Fairfax Connection team. Jayla enjoys great literature and great conversations with great people.
Parker Thompson is the Program Administrator at PNC Fairfax Connection. Before joining PNC Fairfax Connection, Parker was a Project Administrator in PNC Business Technology & Innovation Business Management Team working on agile technology projects, utilizing his skills and expertise to drive effective change. Before PNC, Parker had the rewarding experience teaching computer science as a long-term substitute teacher.
Imoh Umosen is a Program Manager at the PNC Fairfax Connection who is responsible for adult programming from ages 19+. Before joining the Connection, Imoh has over 5 years of service at PNC in various roles including Operations and Human Resources. Imoh holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Cleveland State University, and a Master of Business degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Imoh's primary focus is empowering people through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and achieving excellence in their careers and endeavors.
