Brian Williams is the executive director of the PNC Fairfax Connection. A 23-year veteran of the banking industry, he most recently served as vice president and Banking Center manager for PNC Bank in Akron, Ohio. Under his leadership, the branch won numerous awards and achieved high standards in customer engagement. Deeply involved in the community, Williams serves as associate pastor of Dayspring Family Church in addition to facilitator for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and The Dayspring.
Felicia Davis is the Program Manager at the PNC Fairfax Connection, overseeing programming, technology and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining The Connection, she was the Program Manager responsible for PNC Staff Services Development Programs. There, she launched the preferred vendor program in Training & Development (T&D) in addition to project managing an award-winning corporate community partnership program that provides technology training for high school students. Felicia continues to catapult organizations forward through relationship building and her passion for developing others.
As Executive Assistant to the Director, Katrina brings a robust knowledge of office management and a sharp handle on essential data and analytics. Her well-rounded experience includes administrative organization, event coordination, youth mentoring and business development. With over 15 years of professional experience, she skillfully manages administrative duties, as well as member and staff relations for her colleagues. Katrina is always seeking innovative ways to improve efficiency and add value to our member experience.
Over the span of her educational and professional career, Asia Black has had the opportunity to work closely with technology in many different ways. Prior to her work with PNC, she held positions in sales, marketing, and social media marketing for numerous companies. Black has a strong background in journalism, audio and video editing, in addition to graphic design. She is happiest when she is able to help out the community in any way.
Fred was born and raised In Louisville, Kentucky. A graduate of Baldwin–Wallace College, he has been with the PNC Fairfax Connection since its inception in 2012. A retired Cuyahoga County Court employee, Fred has over 30 years of professional office experience. He is also a proud high school and middle school sports coach with over 20 years of coaching experience. Fred is his happiest when he’s around his family and serving the community in some capacity.
Daychelle is a receptionist at PNC Fairfax Connection who enjoys working with the community and helping others. She has a passion for giving great customer service at all times and making people smile. Prior to working for PNC, she was a teller, working in the banking field as well as working in retail. Daychelle hopes to continue to serve the community by giving back, volunteering and giving the best customer service possible.
Jazmine Walker is Project Manager I at the PNC Fairfax Connection. As a Cleveland native, Ms. Walker has served the community extensively by developing & facilitating a multitude of programs & initiatives for youth & young adults. During undergrad, Ms. Walker attended the first privately owned & operated HBCU (Wilberforce University), where she majored in vocal music, pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. & went on to receive her master’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Walker is happiest when using her many gifts to create optimal experiences for others.
